MES is committed to a strong safety plan that protects it’s workers, property and the public from accidents. Our policy includes: a comprehensive safety orientation for all new hires, safe work practices and procedures, ongoing training as needed, aerial platform training, lift training, first aid, conducting daily hazard assessments, CSA approved PPE, tool maintenance, formal site inspections and investigations for all incidents and accidents. Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for our safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by all of us, on every job is mandatory as we pursue excellence in safety. We ensure that all of our employees participate in our safety program and we offer ongoing in-house training as well as special training off site. Our goal is for and injury and accident free workplace.
